BATISTA WORKOUT ROUTINE

David Michael Bautista, Jr. was born January 18, 1969 he is better known by his ring name, Batista. Batista is an American professional wrestler currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on its Raw brand.

 

 

 

For the better part of 10 years, Batista spent his days training and competing as a bodybuilder, and his nights “bouncing in clubs, floating from here to there.” You can tell by Batista’s physique that he is no stranger to the gym. Standing at a staggering 6′6” and weighing in at 290lbs Batista has made his career by being the strongest man.
